This is my 3rd LO for YSS........Part of my DT work.
I love this LO because I returned back to my preferred style..... shabby chic..... playing with paints, stamps.... yes... I 'abused' the MM Die cut paper alot... dry brush with white paint... spy with Maya Mist.... stamp over.... crumbled it a bit....
Here is it:
"Tougher"........ I love the stamp words I did with my really really cute mini stamps from Hampton. LSS selling for $2.50...... how affordable can it be?
Part of the journaling:
Going thru tough times does not mean you are defeated. You will soon realise you are tougher than you think. It is an opportunity for growth.
I've been hoarding that same tree - the large one and the small one. The mail from Canada to here takes a while. Hope to get my Riff Raff in by the end of the month!
ReplyDeleteToo funny - I had just started reading your latest blog post when I got an e-mailed comment from you on my blog - great minds think alike ;-) This LO is goooorgeous! I love your shabby chic style, and you've inspired me to break out my alpha stamps. I forgot how much I love using mine, too!
ReplyDeleteI love this! The paint, distressing and the lace with the flowers. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI love when you create pages in this style too, but really everything you do rocks!
