Doll
Did this LO for dual purpose. Prima July BAP and TCR#16.
And this was done just before dinner.... I took 30 mins. A record for me, including the fussy cutting.
I guess pressure for time does squeeze every creative drop out of me!
I love the result. At least I wont be dwelling too long on what embellishments to put.
I dont have to worry about colors cos the Color Room Challenge did that for me.
Voila... so, if you want quick pages done, join in some challenges.
I like Creative Prompts for you, The Color Room, Colors Combo Galore, Creative Therapy,
What's your favorite challenge site?
Can share with me?
Leave a comment on this post. I appreciate it lots!
Finally this photo of my 'doll' really perks me up. She don on a Chinese CheongSam and looks every inch the China doll. And that smile is a killer. At least for me. LOL!
Thanks for coming by and your lovely congrats comments and sms and emails.
Your support and love made my day! See ya!

Double HAPPY news!
Amazing news awaits me this month and I find it hard to contain it. LOL!
This was soooooooooo exciting ...... especially when Elvira personally called me about this.
She invited me to be DT for Made with Love.
My hands were shaking when I was holding the phone....
I am over the moon. Thrilled!
Then after, I let out a HUGE scream!
To design for such an awesome store and in company with such great DT members (Aida, Emeline, Piradee, Pooi and Sharon),
I am totally totally a wreck when I got the news!
Check out the news HERE!
Here's a peek at store..... every week we are spoilt for choices with NEW arrivals!
And this is only a fraction of the store. The new look, the new display...
the vibe is pure scrap heaven!
And check out this place where I teach too! Made with Love workshop wing!
I got to take some pictures of the inside... it will blow your mind.
This sat, I will be teaching a class..... woohoo... will take some pictures!
Somebody got to pinch me a bit....... I am still at cloud 9.
My heart is racing.... my smile is fixed on my face!
One of my wildest dreams came true!

Rak Winner and some new projects
The RAK winner is ...............................
Ailei Adeline.
Here are some recent projects I did using Websters Pages.
I wanted to try something different with this die cut which I have been hoarding.
Do you hoard stuff? hee..hee...
"Look up" ... i love this photo of my girl beaming... looking up... totally optimistic!
That row of bloomers was hard to part with........ seriously I relented when I saw that WP will be releasing more in other colors. I just need to hoard these bloomers! LOL
"ONE"........... oh.. this cute face is my latest obsession... she is my niece.... my sister gave birth to this cutie one month ago.... now ANGEL face is finally awake more often. She is the object of our ga-ga... goo..goo in this household. Since I wont be having more kids, having her will be soooooooo princessy fun!
I played with the Maya Road envelope again... can't get enough. Of course I had to dab some white paint for that vintage look.
Now to the new CHA stuff:
What are you excited about?
This year 2 brands got into my top 3 list:
In no particular order, these 3 lines will be getting the most of my scrappy budget.
1) Websters Pages....... of course.... I am in love all the new papers, whimises.... trims and netting... what can you say? They up their bar so high this time.
2) Glitz Designs..... seriously this was not on my radar..... but look at their new modern vintage prints and books... oh... I am seriously in love. At least some excitement here. I am voting for Scarlett and Love Nest.
3) Pink Paislee....... their partnership with House of 3 pays off.......... they capture the old, elegance of Paris theme papers well. Just look at the endless possibilities of altering the papers to your liking. I like such idea... to create your own unique colors. So cool! Setting the tone for this over saturated mass production industry!
I was hugely disappointed with one big manufacturer.......... they did so many collections of gorgeous pp last CHA ..... shabby chic...... watercolors....... and now they went into the overly sweet sugar overload and cutsy stuff........ sigh!!!
Well, I guess everyone has their favorite but I just wished manu were a bit more consistent.. not swinging to the extreme.......
So, what's your fave? Share with me!
As a scrapbook instructor, I am always listening to what others like....... what captures their attention.
But you will still see my shabby chic vintage touches in my classes! I can't wait for the new arrivals.
Have a great weekend!

How about a RAK?
***update: the first batch of goodies are completely SOLD. Now I just upload another batch.
thanks for looking.
Hello friends, how have you been? I have been busy cleaning up my workspace.... clearing my stuff.
Horror of horror when I go through my stuff. I have accumulated so much stuff over the last 6 months, from my generous DT boxes from YSS...... my own shopping... gosh... I am horrified.
Please click on the "Goodies for Sale' page above and see if you like these new stuff.
Only for those of us staying here in Singapore. I can't afford to ship these... too high postage costs. :)
Anyway, here a RAK for you. A magazine and some Prima Transparency and BG die cut papers.
Leave a comment on this post and I will a draw a winner by Friday.
Have a happy week! I hope to post some recent creations soon.
I have a new subject to scrap and i am totally in love with her cute face!!! hee..hee...

hello Gold Coast
Finally after settling the homefront, I can get back into some scrapping, sort through photos from my trip.
It was a fruitful trip... the weather is really cold there... thankfully some days we get some sun.
I hope to post some pictures of my trip later.
As the usual scrap-a-holic I am, I headed to a newstand and bought a few scrapbook magazines.
To my surprise.... see my find!!! My LO is this issue.... oh... what a happy moment!
Here is my LO using MME papers..... thanks SBM for choosing my LO!
Now back to my scrapping, here's 1 I did using Websters Pages.
"Solitude"
I use a Pencil Lines sketch #193... I love love this sketch!
I stash it away and I knew I will use it someday.
Some techniques:
- use a mix of yellow and black mist (loving the black one by Heidi Swapp)
- use string and just coil it around
- use motifs from the gorgeous WP papers
- using just 3 main colors (blue, yellow and red)
Hope you like this. Enjoy the rest of your week
I will have some happy news on Monday and come back for a RAK.

Magical Wishes Class 4
Hello friends, thanks for dropping by.
I am away in Australia now. Will try to reply your emails when I get back.
Here's a post I have scheduled:
A layout I taught last month "Magical Wishes 4". Using the gorgeous papers from Websters Pages.
Believe..........
I love tearing the paper to reveal the other side. Websters has such lovely double sided paper... we can't decide which side to use. Use this technique!!!
Thanks for all who attended... we had FULL Classes... all kits are used up.
I loving cutting the quotes, motif from their paper. Here's some I cut out and embellish it around the photo.
We had lots of fun in my class. See you soon for the next Magical Wishes 5. Woohoo.. the series keeps growing, so is our love for Websters Pages.

my crazy LSS
I am fortunate to be teaching classes at Made with Love.
Really, from the bottom of my heart...I am grateful.
Elvira, SweeChing and Sandra gave me the opportunity to teach some 1.5 years back.
And I have enjoyed every single class I taught. They are always so encouraging.
The "Magical Wishes" series was birthed and now it is onto its 5th series.
There is always this special, magical feeling whenever I teach MW.
Yesterday, I dropped off my July Class Sample and
immediately the ever sweet Swee Ching sent me a sms and said that was gorgeous.
That made my day!
Here's a peek:
This album is made with Zutter Cover and the inner pages with Melissa Frances papers.
DO you know we manage to pack in 2 sets of the Vintage Resins frames... oh so so gorgeous!
And the gorgeous pearls..... we will be playing with Melissa Frances Mica Flakes and Crepe Paper.
Come and join me. Call Made with Love today!!!!
And click on this link to see the newly renovated Made with Love.
I love love the place where I teach.
Full of energy and gorgeous variety of scrapping supplies.
See you when I am back from Aussie Land!
